We have an impressive register of top calibre staff. However, we appreciate that each family requirement is unique, and therefore we concentrate not only on the candidates abilities, but also their personality and attitude.

We don't just send out a list of available candidates without first checking whetherthey are both suitable for, and interested in, your position.

We check the identity of all candidates and verify qualifications, as well as confirming work history as far back as possible (at least two references). If your position involves working with children or vunerable adults we will ensure that the candidate has a criminal Records Bureau Check.

We offer ongoing advice throughout the process of recruitment and are always available to discuss any employment issues thereafter.
